Instagram down, Facebook apologizes

For the second time in the same week, Facebook apologized to users after receiving complaints about service being affected.

“Configuration changes have affected users globally, for which we apologize,” Facebook said in a statement on Twitter.

“We know some people are having trouble accessing our apps,” the tweet said. “We are working to get things back to normal as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience.”

The company later said in a tweet about three hours later, “We’re sorry for those who have difficulty accessing our apps because we know you depend on us to communicate with each other.”

It was also said that thanks to your patience, now we have solved the problem.

Other services, Messenger and Instagram also tweeted in this regard.

It should be noted that last night around 11 pm, Instagram and Facebook services for some users around the world were affected, which became active after about 3 hours.
